In 4K Epic environments, Ark brings even the most powerful PCs to their knees. On a brand-new gaming PC running Intel 1090K 1090K CPU overclocked to 5.3 GHz, 16 GB of 4266 MHz RAM, and two Titan Xp GPUs, the game ranges between 40 and 55 FPS—not exactly a nice experience. It's a buttery smooth one time, and then you turn the camera, and it's a stutter-fest.
Oddly enough the game itself isn't anything like the Crysis of this generation—its graphics aren't especially sophisticated. My PC can run any modern title, including the remake of Resident Evil 3, Doom Forever, Grand Theft Auto 5, and Dark Souls 3 at 4K with full info at 60 FPS, and these games probably look a lot better.
Then what's giving? Ark's poor performance results from flaws with its programming, as it's not designed enough to run smoother. The size of Ark's creation and QA teams is not known at this stage, but the game has not been funded to the level of a AAA title like The Witcher 3 or Resident Evil 3.
What are the Minimum Conditions For Playing The Ark?
The minimum ark system requirements or graphic cards for ark survival sound relatively fair:

We tried to play the game on a very identical gaming PC from around 2012, and only managed 30 FPS on sub-HD resolutions. We had to turn it back down to make it playable. You want at least a sixth-gen CPU and a 980 Ti or 1080 Ti to play more than 60 FPS on Full HD. You would need at least 2070 or 2080 Super at the best possible settings for 1440p and fast frame rates as main ark system requirements.
Scale up the resolutions, and things get very difficult: 4K with at least 60 FPS is only possible with two Titan RTX or 2080 Ti cards running in tandem. You'd have to lose visual fidelity for a less efficient rig.

Ark is an unusual situation, as it is almost always GPU-bound: even though you use low-quality settings at low resolution (720p), Ark uses around 50 percent of the graphics processing power on the powerful NVIDIA GeForce Titan Xp, while the CPU runs at about 10 percent.
If we raise the resolution to 4K and Epic info, our CPU utilization ranges about 14 percent, while the GPU is normally completely used between 90 and 99 percent. Note that this has been achieved for Core i9 10000k with 10 cores running up to 5.3 GHz, so, the CPU consumption may be higher for slower processors. In any case, the GPU is still going to be a bottleneck. Bear in mind that context applications can affect results.
How FPS boosts overclocking:
Although overclocking the Processor won't have much effect, overclocking the GPU would certainly affect your frame rate. I was able to increase my frame rate from an average of 54 FPS to more than 60 FPS by giving the GPU +150 MHz and the memory +500 MHz. Pros and cons of graphic cards:
Ark is supposed to lose, much like Rust and Day Z. It's hard to keep players engaged in a game where you're continuously grieved, and you can't get to the point where you can protect yourself against the alpha tribes in the game. Any official server is filled with alpha factions that won't let anyone get to the stage where they can protect themselves decently.
